It's been a year since I bought this perfume and I can not say enough about how happy I'm with this purchase it worth every penny, honestly at first I was very hesitant about it when I was browsing for perfumes to buy and it was for a nice reason I try John Varvatos before at Macy's and I did not like how strong and very displeased was the aroma, after giving many considerations about the ingredients used on this new line that is back up by nick Jonas I decided to ordered and immediately after I received I open the box and try out it on myself, so I guess I have to thanks nick Jonas for his impressive great taste on high end products. Five stars on the perfume, the box design and the bottom design, this perfume is best for an evening out for dinner or a night club. Highly recommend, give it a try and you will not be disappointed the aroma is very masculine.

I'm happy with the cologne and it has proven to be one of my favorite scents, however, it doesn't hold up as long as I would have hoped. For the price point I expected a bit more longevity... but overall I will continue to use this cologne.

Hi, my name is Siege. Apparently, I smell like a Jonas brother and I think I like it (don’t judge me). This feels like one of those junkie tales where someone giving you the 1st one for free and the next thing you know, you’re hooked. I’m old enough to have had a long disappointing history involving celebrity colognes. I remember when everyone was all excited because Michael Jordan was releasing a new cologne and everyone was expecting it to be like the Nike Air Jordans of the fragrance world only to find out that it made you smell like his games used socks and shoes (ok, several games). At the time I ordered this I was looking for something new and different. In my defense, while the box does have a JV X NJ logo on it, the description never mentioned anything about a Jonas brother. Anywho, imagine my surprise when I opened the box and saw that this was a collaboration between John Varvatos and Nick Jonas. Needless to say, I immediately had a Michael Jordan funky foot flashback. BUT, for the sake of doing this review, I decided to give it a try.The very first thing you notice is that the packaging is nice, I mean REALLY nice. With a heavy silver bottle that fading into black. There is also a leather (yes real leather) band around the top that has the JV X NJ logo on it as well. I’m not sure what this is for, but it looks really cool. Then came the moment of truth, I took off the cap and sprayed a little on my wrist. To my absolute surprise, there was no eye watering, not summer garbage can flashbacks, in fact, I thought ,” this actually smells pretty nice”. Later that day I was meeting some friends so I decided to jump in with both feet and make this my scent for the night. One of the very first things I was told by one of the waitresses was, “don’t take this the wrong way, but (insert name here) the hostess told me to come over and smell you because you smelled really nice” (for the record, how do you take that the wrong way?). Long story short, the entire nite was filled with comments like that which makes this cologne an absolute win. The smell is fresh and clean without being overpowering and as I alluded to, it lasts the entire evening. This is probably a nice spot to point out that a little goes a long way so go easy on this one fellas (SERIOUSLY, it’s cologne not insect repellent do not use one like the other).Bottom line, this cologne ROCKS!! If you’re still on the fence about getting it, hop on down and buy this now.Do I recommend it?
