I used these to hang ethernet cables in my attic. They worked very nicely to organize the cables and keep them out of the way. They can hold a significant number of cables and the wire clip makes sure they stay in the hook. They feel sturdy and have rounded edges so pulling wire through them won't hurt the cables.

Bought a new house and decided to run multiple cat6/coax drops to all the rooms. This made my life so much easier. Being able to run multiple wires and use the bracket to continue to add new wires as you go was a lifesaver. I agree with the comment that the curved back did make it a pain to mount it flush in some areas but its still holds tight. I overloaded one of these on a corner turn and the bracket took a beating as I kept pulling cable but it stayed on. My only suggestion would to be have hook end of the J come up higher. As the hook starts to get overloaded, on top of having to mount it on a slant on attic rafters, a lot of the load was resting on the bracket which is meant more to keep the wires on the hook and not to actually bare the load.

Find a ceiling joist, put a screw in it, run your wires. Voila, run your wires. It Works.

Definitely no issues with quality, if they were just a bit wider they could wrap around a 2x4 side. Not sure if that is normal or not, I am not a professional this is just for one time personal home use.

the J-hook is decent quality, I changed the way the latching wire is supposed to be used so it is easier to add wires, the way it is designed is not easy to add wires.

These are definitely worth the money for a 2" J-Hook. Other manufactures are definitely over priced.
